While Rachel's content feels effortless and natural, there's always a strategy and data working quietly behind the scenes. From content calendars and scheduling to engagement and metrics reporting, she makes sure every brand's story spreads its wings. She also loves a good spreadsheet, which means the data side of social media is very much her happy place.

Rachel’s diverse background is exactly what makes her good at her craft. A Marshall University graduate with a degree in Sports Medicine, she discovered her passion for social media in 2018 when she started building her expertise through volunteer work. She then pursued social media certifications, coursework, and developed a genuine love for the craft. Today, her portfolio includes large companies, small startups, and nonprofits. She loves building strategies, creating content, and engaging audiences in ways that remind people there are real humans behind every brand.  

A West Virginia native, Rachel and her husband Josh live a life full of outdoor adventures. Most recently, they relocated from Florida to the shores of Smith Mountain Lake in Virginia, where they love swimming, wakeboarding, wake surfing, and jet-ski racing. Off the water, you'll find her trail running with her two dogs, rock climbing, snowboarding, or chasing down the next cool place on the map.
