Roanoke, VA – July 2022. 5Points Creative announced today that it was awarded a Bronze in the 43rd Annual Telly Awards for the company’s work for EZ Rampz Mobility Solutions. It is the tenth Telly Award the agency has won and marks the fifth straight year the Roanoke-based firm has been recognized for video production excellence.
“It’s about the stories we can tell and the way sharing them helps our clients,” said Bruce C. Bryan, President of 5Points Creative. “EZ Rampz is an admirable, purpose-driven business, and I feel as though our team captured its impact through the power of video. I’m proud of our association with David Todd and his team and I love this whole campaign.”
The production shared Anna Guardipee’s story. She is an EZ Rampz client who permanently lost her mobility in 2019 from a truck collision. Because Guardipee’s home was no longer accessible, she called upon EZ Rampz to install custom mobility solutions throughout her house.
“My home now, because of all the hard work by EZ Rampz, is an accessible one for me,” said Guardipee in the video. “It is a space I want to come home to.”
5Points Creative interviewed Guardipee in her house where EZ Rampz Mobility Solutions installed a roll-in shower, animatronic closets and kitchen cabinets, as well as a wheelchair lift in the garage. The campaign includes both a long-form and a thirty-second version. It was directed by Molly Doyle and shot by Maxey Media.
Originally named after its appreciation of television, The Telly Awards honor the best in video across all screens. Entrants from around the world are judged by an industry body of over 200 leading experts including advertising agencies, production companies, and major television networks.
