Roanoke, VA — August 20, 2026. 5Points Creative has hired Rachel McClure as social media coordinator. In her role, McClure will manage clients’ social media platforms, develop strategic content, and analyze performance to optimize engagement and achieve marketing goals.

“Rachel is great at blending creativity and analytics to connect with a wide range of audiences,” said Kym Ricketts, creative director. “We’re delighted to welcome her to the team and look forward to strengthening our clients’ brands and digital presence.”

Through data-driven storytelling and strategic content development, McClure will help clients connect with audiences and ensure their brands shine across platforms.

“I’m excited to join the 5Points Creative team,” said McClure. “I love making brands shine on social media, but I also enjoy the analytics behind the work. By combining storytelling and data-driven insights, I can help showcase the people and messages behind every brand. I’m thrilled to support our clients and the 5PC team.”

Originally from West Virginia, McClure earned a degree in Sports Medicine from Marshall University. She developed her passion for social media from jump-starting her career through volunteer work. After completing social media coursework and certifications, McClure began working with companies of many sizes and industries, developing their social media presence.

McClure will report to creative director, Kym Ricketts.
