Roanoke, Virginia. February 19, 2026 — 5Points Creative received top honors at the annual Summit Awards hosted by the Blue Ridge Public Relations Society of America (BRPRSA), earning two Gold Awards and the prestigious Best in Show distinction for standout client campaigns.

The agency was recognized for its work with Ridge View Bank and the Greater Williamson Road Area Business Association (GWRABA), highlighting impactful community engagement and strategic public relations execution.

In 2024, Ridge View Bank celebrated the grand opening of its new Roanoke Headquarters and SMART Center, expanding access to community-focused banking across Southwest Virginia. 5Points Creative partnered with the bank to develop a grand opening communication campaign designed to coordinate media outreach, promote a high-impact ribbon-cutting ceremony, and increase their multi-platform social engagement. The integrated campaign earned a Gold Award in the Public Relations Campaign category.

The agency also received a Gold Award in the Special Events category — along with the afternoon's highest honor, Best in Show — for GWRABA’s Commonwealth Day of Play. Hosted at Brookside Golf Course, the event welcomed more than 360 children and their family members for a day of hands-on activities, wellness initiatives, and community connection.

GWRABA works to strengthen and promote the Williamson Road corridor, positioning the area as more than a pass-through — but a vibrant destination for families, businesses, and visitors alike. The award-winning Day of Play campaign exemplified that mission by creating an inclusive event centered on recreation, neighborhood pride, and economic vitality.
