JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Graphic Designer will be an integral part of our creative team and produce high-quality designs on client projects, both print and web. Our Senior Graphic Design will be responsible for helping execute, drive, and concept creative on innovative campaigns while reporting to the Creative Director and coordinating with the rest of the creative team.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Conceptualization of design projects

· Create plans for projects and manage them through to completion

· Ensure the creative team and junior designers are producing quality work

· Create original and unique designs and illustrations

· Choose images, typography, graphics, and layouts for projects

· Coordinate between marketing, account, and creative teams to ensure smooth flow of work

· Participate in design and project critiques by presenting work for approval, gathering feedback, and reworking to deliver an approved solution on-time.

· Stay up-to-date on changing trends and best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· BA or BFA in Graphic Design/Art

· 3-5+ years of design experience

· Portfolio of past design and creative projects

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Expert with leading design packages

· Ability to work as a team player and meet deadlines

· Good organizational skills · Experience with Monday.com and Dropbox a plus
