Leadership roles strengthen commitment to business development, relationship-building, and community support.

Roanoke, Virginia. September 17, 2026 — Bryan Ryberg, vice president of sales and marketing at 5Points Creative, has been appointed president of Business Network International (BNI) Peak, a Roanoke chapter of BNI, a business networking and referral organization. Ryberg began serving in the leadership position in July 2026.
 
Ryberg was first introduced to BNI Peak after attending one of the organization’s Visitor Day programs. Through involvement with the chapter, he saw firsthand the opportunities BNI provides for business professionals to develop relationships, exchange referrals, and support one another’s growth.
 
“BNI is much more than a place to exchange referrals,” Ryberg said. “It gives business professionals an opportunity to share advice, support nonprofits, and build genuine relationships and friendships. It’s a group of people who want to see each other and our community succeed.”
 
As president of BNI Peak, Ryberg facilitates the chapter’s weekly meetings, welcomes visitors and substitute members, recruits and works alongside the chapter’s leadership team, and attends events in support of fellow members.
 
The leadership position also complements Ryberg’s responsibilities at 5Points Creative, where building relationships and identifying opportunities for clients and the agency are an important part of the role.
 
“My involvement with BNI helps me continue to grow professionally while also expanding the relationships and connections I can bring to my role at 5Points Creative,” Ryberg said. “The relationships we develop within BNI extend beyond individual members to their networks, creating opportunities to connect businesses with people and resources that can help them grow.”
 
Businesses and professionals interested in learning more about BNI Peak will have an opportunity to experience the chapter during its upcoming Visitor Day, scheduled for Oct. 5 from 8 to 10 a.m.
