JOB SUMMARY: The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of our creative team and produce high-quality designs on client projects, both print and web. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for helping execute and drive creative on innovative campaigns while reporting to the Creative Director.  

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a member of the creative team, the Graphic Designer will:

· Focus on work for agency and client jobs.

· Project work will include branding, marketing collateral, web design, and digital design

· Produce attractive and effective designs for all media

· Communicating with senior team members and the creative director to receive feedback on designs.

· Participate in design and project critiques by presenting work for approval, gathering feedback, and reworking to deliver an approved solution on-time.

· Supporting the creative team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects

· Stay up-to-date on changing trends and best practices

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· BA or BFA in Graphic Design/Art

· 1-2 years of design experience

· Portfolio of past design and creative projects

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Experience with leading design packages

· Ability to work as a team player and meet deadlines

· Good organizational skills · Experience with Monday.com and Dropbox a plus
