"HELP IS Just AROUND THE CORNER"
SFCS Architects’ leadership team had been working with another web development agency with failing results. With a looming deadline, SFCS’s executives walked around the corner and into our offices on Kirk Ave. They approached us to help with their broken website that was in serious need of improved design and user experience. In this case, the help they needed was right around the corner.
We heard their concerns and rose to the challenge of a quick turnaround to design and build a beautiful, functional, user-friendly website. We earned their trust and began managing their social media and maintaining internal brand guidelines to create standardized printed materials. SFCS then invited us to promote the opening of their newest office location in Louisville including communication strategy, web page design, and printed mailers. With the success of the Louisville launch, we were invited to manage public relations, event promotions, written press materials, photography, and video coverage of the annual By Design Conference, hosted by SFCS.
Ultimately, one timely and thoughtful response to a client's immediate need led to a wonderful, collaborative, and ongoing relationship. The new website and social media presence offered SFCS growth opportunities in both business development and talent acquisition.
